How to make coal for wagons.

 Here is how to make model coal for your wagons which is very realistic! To make the coal you will need: a bag of oo gauge model railway coal (an example would be javis scenic products coal.) a block of wood fitting the wagon, PVA glue, a mixing pot and some black paint with a paintbrush. First you will need to mix some coal and glue together in a mixing pot, then apply the mixture to a piece of wood and leave to dry. Once the glue is dry place the block of wood into the wagon and paint around the edges where the wood is showing with black paint.

How to put down a hedge row.

Laying down hedge is easy. All you need is pva glue and a pack of foliage (e.g Woodland scenics clump-foliage light green). First decide where you want the hedge then break away a reasonable piece of foliage, then put down a bit of PVA glue in the area where you want your hedge and put the foliage on the glue and leave to dry repaeat this process untill you fill the are where you wanted your hedge. If you are making a overgrown hedge you may want to add some long grass growing out of it if so just put down some scenic grass (e.g Hornby Scale Scenics light green field grass) in between each lump of foliage.
